Refunds, Returns & Warranty
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mushroompatch.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For change of mind returns you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.

Damage
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the packaging is damaged please note it on the delivery receipt and take some photographs before opening. If the item is damaged please take photographs as you are opening the package so we can process the refund in a timely manner.
Grow Guarantee
We offer a Grow Guarantee for all our mushrooms kits, so if you have any problems with your kit please first send us an email at hello@mushroompatch.com.au with a photo for advice. If your kit is faulty we will send you a new one or offer you a full refund.
