Is delivery free for orders over $50?

Yes, for all orders over $50 anywhere in Australia! Shipping for orders under $50 are all at a flat fee of $12 - our mushroom growing kits are quite heavy hence the postage fee.

 

When will my order by processed?

All orders placed during office hours are processed immediately. Orders received outside these times will be processed the following business day. 

 

How long does shipping take?

Estimated Delivery Times:

Victoria - delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days.

New South Wales - delivery will take approximately 3-4 working days.

South Australia & ACT - delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days.

Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia & Tasmania - delivery will take approximately 5-9 working days.

*Please note Covid outbreaks, bad weather and Christmas deliveries can sometimes result in slightly longer delivery times*

 

Will I receive a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?

Yes, once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order ID number. 

 

Who will be delivering my order?

Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.

We will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
