Colour coded weighted balls are small enough and flexible enough to grasp with one hand, yet big enough to hold with two hands. Hand balls increase in weight in 0.5kg increments, while maintaining a constant 12.7cm (5") diameter. Balls are soft and have give. Can be inflated or deflated with a bicycle pump to make the ball easier to grip.
